Bioso my name is obviously Lacey, I am a scorpio and am 19... a very indecisive age in which I can not decide if I should let go of my childish ideals or adopt the attitude of most successful adults.
I will be attending UMass Amherst this fall. (Only mildy exciting...) Last year I attended Marlboro College in Brattleboro, VT. It was the absolute best time of my life besides coming home every damned weekened to see my now ex-boyfriend Ben. I am majoring in ichthyology (the study of fish, I am focusing on sharks,) and my minor modern dance. These are the only reasons why school is tolerable to me. I love education, I just think the system sucks.
I work at a cement plant... I am the secretary/ office slave. It's actually a pretty sweet job, and the pay is decent.
I am originally from Kingston, NH and Methuen. I went to Sanborn Regional High School, where I survived simply because I was a huge dork my first two years and got straight a's in honors so i could fuck around my junior and senior years and take every opportunity to sneak off to my car and smoke copious amounts of weed and cigarettes... Yeah I think I also set the new record for the amounts of tardies and absences... (due to frequent trips to breakfast at the Early Bird)
The previous record was set by my fiancee, Dave Reardon. He is the absolute love of my life, the most brilliant, gorgeous, funny man in the world, and once I get my lazy ass in gear and get my scanner hooked up I'll get a pic of him up here... Dave will be 21 in November (yeah another scorpio!) and I am moving in with him in December. Can't wait.
I am a small girl. I am just shy of 5'3". I have redish brown short hair and hazel eyes. I have three small tattoos. My lip, nipples, belly-button and ears are pierced.
Important people to me:
Ryan Connolly: My bestest bud in the world. He is such a sweetie, and we became friends through my ex Ben my junior year of highschool. Ryan is the procrastinator of all brilliant procrastinators and always has great ideas... he just never follows through with them... He currently works in the film industry and is working on a screenplay for his new play... He is also going to be my house mate when I move in with Dave. He and dave are best friends.
Mike: Mike is Dave's brother who is a year younger than me. He is a sweetheart ans is always there for his friends... he and I butt heads (it has been this way since my freshman year) because we are both overly opinionated and stubborn, but we love eacother.
Krys: Krys is Dave and Mike's best bud. he is the sweetest guy and a lot of fun to hang out with.
Allison: My favorite female friend (actually one of the only, cuz I have a tendancy to despise girls..) We have been best buds since we were 4, and she will be my maid of honor in my upcoming wedding. She has a wonderful boyfriend name Mick, and they are very happy together.
Ben: My ex-boyfriend who i dated for almost three years. We had a very roller-coaster, love-hate relationship which culminated in me hating him, and him falling deeply in love with me. Ben's a total asshole until it's too late, but he has a good heart in there somewhere. I miss hanging out with him and wish him the best in whatever he does.... (The bastard also owes me $450.00, so if you see him, take his wallet.)
Garrigan: Ben's best bud, and also a close friend of mine... He was the reason I decided to go to UMASS but, alas, he is no longer here... He is a lot of fun, and got me high for the first time a few years ago... haha bob marley and the great butter war of 2002!
Scott: A close friend of mine, although we don't speak too often anymore because we are far away. He goes to NH Tech and hangs out with Ben a lot. Scott is a huge fan of the Revs and could tell you anything about football. He is a sweetheart, but is confused about a lot of things in his life, mainly girls and loyalty...
Rebecca: My crazy friend from highschool. We'e been buds since 5th grade. WE get along like no one else and always have fun doing crazy things. She and her boyfriend Mike are deeply in love, and both are chefs. Becca is sometimes a little two-faced but ah, we all have our faults.
Katie: I met Katie through garrigan, and she is my best friend at school. She is a lot of fun and I enjoy her company greatly. She's a little crazy sometimes, and gets pissed when I go visit Dave on the weekends, but she'll be okay.
